How we use it

- To manage samples, orders and shipments you place with us
- To share order details with the factories, laboratories and logistics partners needed to fulfil your order
We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask to receive them.
Services we use
Quote requests are delivered to our inbox through an email service provider. If we switch on website analytics, it only runs after you accept analytics cookies, and you can decline without affecting how the site works.
Your designs
Tech packs, patterns and artwork you share are used only for your orders and are never shown to other buyers. We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to two years. Order records are kept for as long as export and tax regulations require.
