How we work
What happens after you send an enquiry: who does what, where quality is checked, and how shipping and payment work.

The six stages of an order.
You approve something at each stage before we move on. Delivery dates are confirmed in writing with your order, because they depend on fabric, decoration and season.
Enquiry and costing
Send a tech pack, sketch or reference garment with your target quantity. We reply with questions or a first costing within one working day.
Fabric and sampling
We source fabric and trims, submit lab dips, and make a proto or fit sample.
Order confirmation
After sample approval we confirm the price, delivery date, factory and compliance documents in writing.
Pre-production
Bulk fabric is tested, the size set is approved, and a pre-production meeting fixes every construction detail before cutting.
Production and inline checks
Our quality team checks the line from the first bundles, with weekly photo updates to you.
Final inspection and shipment
AQL final inspection, packing check, export documents and freight — FOB, CIF or DDP.
Where quality is checked.
Our quality team works for you, not the factory. Independent inspectors such as QIMA, SGS, Intertek or Bureau Veritas are welcome at any stage.
- Incoming fabric inspection
- 4-point fabric inspection, shade banding, and shrinkage and weight tests before cutting.
- Pre-production meeting
- Factory, merchandiser and quality team agree construction, measurements and risks against the approved sample.
- Inline inspection
- Checks from the first output of each line, repeated through production, with photo updates to you.
- Final random inspection
- AQL sampling to ISO 2859-1 on finished, packed goods — workmanship, measurements, labels and cartons.
- Lab testing
- Colour fastness, dimensional stability and restricted-substance tests at accredited labs when your market requires them.
