We reply within one working day
With questions, or a first costing if we have enough detail.
Sampling
Only if you want to go ahead. The sample charge is agreed before any sample is started.
Written order confirmation
It sets out the price per piece, the quantities, the shipping term (FOB, CIF or DDP), the delivery date and the named factory. Nothing is cut until you sign it.
Inspection before shipment
Finished, packed goods are inspected by random sampling to ISO 2859-1. The report comes to you before shipment, and you release the goods.

What to send with your enquiry.
Send what you have. A tech pack gets you a costing fastest, but a sketch or a photo of a garment you like is enough to start: we can have the pattern and tech pack developed for you at the sampling stage.
- Tech pack, sketch or photos of a reference garment
- Fabric composition and weight, if you know it
- Quantity per style and colour
- Size range and the country you sell in
- Decoration: print, embroidery, labels, packaging
- Target price and delivery window
What information do you need to quote a clothing order?
The more complete your brief, the more accurate the first costing. Ideally send a tech pack or a reference garment, the fabric composition and weight you want, your quantity per style and colour, the size range, your market, and any decoration such as print, embroidery or special labels. Tell us your target price and delivery window too: if either is impossible we will say so immediately rather than waste a fortnight. If you only have sketches or photographs, send those; a partner factory’s sample room can build the pattern and a working tech pack, and you approve both before any bulk fabric is bought. Large files are easiest as a Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link.
How long does it take to get a price?
We reply within one working day, Bangladesh time. What you get back depends on how complete your brief is. With a tech pack, fabric details and quantities, that first reply is usually a costing. With a sketch or a photograph, it is a short list of questions, because a price given without knowing fabric weight, construction and quantity is a guess that will change later. Quotes that need a fabric price from a mill, a wash trial or a laboratory test can take a few days longer; we tell you when that is the case rather than leaving you waiting. Every quote states what is included, which shipping term it assumes, and what would change the number. If you need a costing for a funding application or a range plan, say so and we will flag which figures are indicative.
How can I contact CMB Sourcing, and what are your opening hours?
You can contact CMB Sourcing Ltd. through the quote form on this page, by email at hello@
Does sending a quote request commit me to an order?
No: a quote request to CMB Sourcing Ltd. is an enquiry, and you are committed to an order only when you sign the written order confirmation. Our first reply, within one working day, is either a short list of questions or a first costing, and that costing is a starting point you can adjust line by line, for example by changing the fabric weight, the number of colours or the print. Sampling comes next, only if you want it, and sample charges are agreed before any sample is started. Nothing is cut on a verbal go-ahead. The order confirmation sets out the price per piece, the quantities, the shipping term, the delivery date and the named factory, and production starts after you have signed it. Payment terms are agreed for each order and confirmed in writing before production starts, so sending the form settles none of them.
What happens to the details I send through the quote form?
Details sent through CMB Sourcing’s quote form are emailed to our inbox and used only to answer you, prepare your quotation and see which pages bring enquiries; the website does not keep them in a database. The form sends what you type: your name, email address, product, quantity range and, if you add them, your country, phone number and message. With it go the page you came from, the page your browser loaded with any campaign tag, and the referring website if your browser shares it. The email is delivered by an email service based in the United States, from its data centre in Japan; our website and mailboxes are hosted in Switzerland. We never sell, rent or trade personal data. An enquiry that does not become an order is kept for up to two years from our last contact, then deleted. You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, and we answer within one month.
Can you quote a clothing order to my target price per piece?
Yes: tell CMB Sourcing Ltd. your target price per piece in the enquiry, and our first reply, within one working day, says whether your specification and that price can meet. A target is not used to anchor the quote. It tells us which lines to work on, because fabric is the largest single cost in a basic garment and a few choices move the number more than anything else: a stock shade instead of a custom colour, a lighter fabric, one colourway fewer, a simpler print or a larger quantity per colour. Our minimum still applies, for example 500 pieces per style and colour for a t-shirt. If your target is below what the specification can be made for, we say so in that first reply and show what would have to change.
