Polo shirt manufacturer in Bangladesh

A good polo lives or dies on its collar and placket. We work with knit factories that produce matched flat-knit collars and cuffs in-house, so colour, tipping and shrinkage stay consistent across the body and trims.

Polo shirts: common questions.

What is the difference between piqué and interlock polo fabric?

Piqué has a textured, honeycomb-like surface created by its knit structure. It breathes well, hides wrinkles and gives the classic look most people picture when they think of a polo shirt, which is why it is the standard for golf, uniform and heritage styles. Single piqué is lighter and finer, while double piqué is heavier with a more pronounced texture. Interlock is a smooth, double-knit fabric that feels closer to a premium t-shirt, with more drape and a cleaner surface for printing or embroidery. Performance polos use polyester or recycled polyester knits that wick moisture and dry quickly. The right choice depends on where the polo will be worn and how it will be decorated. We share swatches of each option in your chosen colour, so you can compare feel, weight and appearance before sampling begins.

Can collar tipping and trims match our brand colours?

Yes. Polo collars and cuffs are usually flat-knitted separately from the body fabric, which means the tipping stripes can be knitted in your exact brand colours. We match colours to your Pantone references and submit lab dips for approval before bulk yarn is dyed. Because the collar and body are dyed separately, shade matching needs care, so we check both together under standard lighting at the sample stage and again during production. Buttons can be matched too, in standard or custom finishes, along with placket tape, side vent details and embroidered logos. For corporate and uniform programmes that are reordered over several years, we keep the approved lab dips and sealed samples on file, so repeat orders match the originals. If your brand uses several colourways, we recommend approving each combination before production begins.
