Activewear and sportswear manufacturer in Bangladesh

Performance wear depends on stretch recovery, clean flatlock seams and fabrics that don’t go see-through. We work with knit units that specialise in polyester–elastane and nylon–elastane, and test every fabric for opacity and colour fastness to sweat.

Quality checks on every order.

Fabric is tested before cutting, the line is checked from the first bundles, and a final AQL inspection happens before packing is sealed. You get the report with photos before you approve shipment.

Activewear and sportswear: common questions.

How do you make sure leggings are not see-through?

Opacity depends on fabric weight, knit structure, yarn and colour, so we check it at several stages. We start with fabrics known for good coverage, typically dense polyester-elastane or nylon-elastane interlock knits, and confirm weight and construction with the mill. Pale colours need extra attention because they show more. At the fit sample stage, leggings are stretched on a model or form in a squat position under bright light, which reveals thin areas that do not show when the fabric is relaxed. Stretch and recovery are tested too, because fabric that overstretches becomes sheer and baggy over time. Once a fabric passes, we lock the approved weight and composition for bulk production and check incoming rolls against it. If your brand wants documented results, opacity and stretch recovery can also be tested at an accredited laboratory.

Is recycled polyester as good as virgin polyester for sportswear?

For most activewear, recycled polyester performs very similarly to virgin polyester. It is usually made from post-consumer plastic bottles or textile waste, melted and spun into new yarn, and it can be knitted into the same moisture-wicking, quick-drying fabrics. The differences show up mainly in consistency: recycled yarn can vary slightly between lots, which affects dyeing, so shade approval and lot control matter. We test pilling, stretch recovery and colour fastness on the chosen fabric before approving it for bulk, exactly as we would for virgin polyester. If you want to use the word recycled on your label, the material needs certification to the Global Recycled Standard or the Recycled Claim Standard, with a transaction certificate for your shipment. We only support that claim on your product when the documents are in place.
