Common questions.
What does a full package price include?
A full package, or FOB, price is one price per piece for finished goods delivered to the port in Bangladesh, ready for export. It covers the main fabric and every trim — thread, labels, buttons, zips, hangtags, polybags and cartons — plus cutting, sewing, finishing, pressing and packing to your instructions. It also includes our merchandising and quality work: fabric testing, inline checks and a final AQL inspection before shipment. Anything outside the price is agreed in writing before you order, and usually covers sampling charges, third-party lab tests your retailer specifies, and freight beyond the port when you buy FOB. If you would rather receive goods at your warehouse, we can quote CIF to your port or DDP to your door instead, so you can compare landed costs on the same basis as other suppliers.
How long does a full package order take from tech pack to shipment?
The timeline depends mostly on your fabric and decoration, so we confirm dates in writing when you approve the costing rather than quoting a generic figure. The order moves through four stages. Development covers the proto or fit sample, lab dips and trim approvals. Material sourcing starts once samples are approved: stock fabrics are available quickly, while custom-dyed or custom-knitted fabric takes longer because the mill books it into its own schedule. Production follows the size-set and pre-production sample, with inline checks from the first bundles. Finally come the AQL inspection, packing and export paperwork. The biggest delays usually come from late comments on samples, changes after fabric is ordered, and peak season, when factory capacity fills early. A complete tech pack and a firm delivery window at the start are the best protection for your date.
Can I nominate my own fabric mill or trim supplier?
Yes. Many brands nominate a mill, a label maker or a packaging supplier they already trust, and we build those into a full package order. We place the purchase order with your nominated supplier, track delivery against the production plan, and inspect the materials on arrival with the same checks we apply to fabric we source ourselves. The costing shows nominated items separately, so you can see exactly what they add to the price per piece. Two points are worth agreeing early. First, delivery dates: a nominated supplier outside Bangladesh adds shipping and customs time before cutting can start. Second, responsibility: if a nominated material arrives late or fails testing, we tell you the same day with options, but that delay sits with the supplier. For organic or recycled claims, the nominated supplier must also hold the right certificate.
